So, you’re thinking about buying or selling real estate in Toronto, and now you’re left with choosing a real estate agent. Great! You’ve come to the right place, because hey, I am a real estate agent after all. But you know what? That doesn’t necessarily mean I’m the right agent for you.
I know, right? What real estate agent goes ahead and says something like that? Aren’t real estate agents the type of people that send out thousands of postcards into tens-of-thousands of mailboxes eagerly awaiting phone calls from just about anyone? For the most part, yes, but I like to think that I’m different than those other agents.
For one, I don’t work with just anyone that comes my way. For our real estate relationship to be successful, we have to both like working with each other, and we have to trust each other, and we have to be the right fit for each other. Doesn’t that make the most perfect sense?
