If you’re thinking of buying in Riverdale, you just might see me around the neighbourhood. Riverdale is the place I call home! So naturally, this neighbourhood is near-and-dear to me and I’ve explored it from top-to-bottom, but I’ll try not to be biased anyways 😉

The Neighbourhood

Riverdale is a really big and really diverse East Toronto neighbourhood. People who live in it are darn proud of it, and it’s easy to see why. The neighbourhood has absolutely everything you could want from beautiful green spaces and parks with amazing city views (the best in the city I like to think) to excellent schools and playgrounds to upscale restaurants and independent galleries, and much much more…

Looking for some great food and a great night out in Riverdale? You have to check out The Danforth. Home to Toronto’s Greektown, The Danforth has absolutely everything you could want. Fancy restaurants? Check. Relaxed pubs? Check. Organic groceries? Check. The list goes on. See what I mean?

Looking for a sense of community in Riverdale? The entire Greektown famously come together each Summer during The Taste of the Danforth street festival. It’s a great reason to go off your diet and eat some amazing food, and to see all of the unique businesses that you may not have noticed that make up this street.
