I’m a former Discovery Channel documentary producer who left the industry at the very top of my television career, so if there’s one thing I know, it’s how to produce high-quality films. The other thing I’m really good at? Understanding how people think.
As part of my marketing plan, I plan, write, and manage the production of a unique movie inside your unique property, with the powerful intention of targeting the kind of buyers who might buy your home. They’ve evolved over the years from touchy feely mini movies portraying a possible lifestyle in the home to sometimes sexy, sometimes hilarious, glitzy “home” commercials. Guess what? They’re ridiculously effective. To date my home commercials or “lifestyle real estate films” have been seen hundreds of thousands of times and received significant media attention.
Now, you should know that it isn’t at all cheap to make these types of films. I hire actors, makeup and hair artistry, luxury car rentals and cinematographers to work with me to produce these films. Buyers that watch them are engaged by the plot, mesmerized by the beauty of your home that only high end cinematography can capture, and if they like it, share the hell out of it online. Which equates to more prospective buyers seeing it! Using the power of social media, I push your film out and get your property seen not only by those who see it on MLS or who “Google” it, but also by those who wouldn’t normally be even out there looking on the web, and who instead see it in their Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ or Instagram news feeds. So with all that extra work and extra money involved, why do I do it? Because it sells my clients properties faster and for more money, every time; period.
