I hire actors, makeup and hair artistry, luxury car rentals and cinematographers to work with me to produce these lifestyle films. Buyers that watch these films are engaged by the plot, mesmerized by the quality of the film, and see your property not just as anther listing, but as a lifestyle that they could have if they buy your property. Using the power of social media, I push this film out and get your property seen not only by those who see it on MLS or who “Google” it, but also by those who wouldn’t normally be even out there looking on the web, and who instead see it in their Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ or Instagram news feeds.
